Deva Lokesh Stanley de Silva (November 17, 1956, Ambalangoda - April 12, 1980, Balapitiya) was a former Sri Lankan cricketer, who played two ODIs in the 1979 Cricket World Cup. Stanley de Silva had his education at Mahinda College, Galle. He was an official of the Ceylon Tobacco Company. He died at the early age of 23 in a motorcycle accident.
